The Crewdson Trust

The Crewdson Trust offers annually a number of bursaries for those reading for higher degrees in Theology at the University of Oxford, including MSt, MTh, MPhil as well as PRS, MLitt and DPhil. Grants are normally in the region of £1000, though they may be more or less at the discretion of the Trustees. They are intended chiefly for those who lack public funding or those whose funding has run out; it is unlikely that grants will be made to those currently in receipt of a major AHRC award.
Applicants must be UK citizens and must supply to the secretary of the Trust, Ms Gwen Clarke by the Friday of 8th week of Michaelmas Term the following:

1. a letter of application, giving details of their current financial situation including information on grants, loans and assistance from other sources;
2. a letter of support from their academic supervisor;
3. a c.v.
