Unitarian RE / Youth Department

Unitarianism is a liberal religious alternative. It holds no specific doctrines other than the principle that all individuals are their own authority for their beliefs. It promotes religious and spiritual growth and learning.

An annual series of events is run through a National Youth Programme. There is a Religious Education Co-ordinator in most areas of the country, who is happy to discuss issues and possibilities with teachers. Our national RE and Youth Officer is also available to discuss and advise on liberal approaches to religious education.
